We’ve recently wrapped up a comprehensive project with Allianz Worldwide, successfully migrating them from their previous FMO network setup to a new ACI-based environment. Throughout the project, we replaced access points, distribution switches, SD-WANs, core switches, and all other network devices in their data centers, ensuring a smooth transition to a modernized infrastructure.
These include managing technical complexity in integrating new technologies and ensuring compatibility with existing systems, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to minimize disruptions, transferring data without loss or corruption, allocating adequate resources within specified constraints, managing risks such as network downtime or security vulnerabilities, facilitating user adoption through training and support, and rigorously testing the new infrastructure for performance and reliability before full deployment
